DO YOU COORDINATE DIRECTLY WITH MY BUILDER?

Absolutely. We prefer to communicate directly with your builder, carpenter, or tiler to ensure sequencing aligns perfectly and no one is left waiting on site.

DO YOU HANDLE COUNCIL PLUMBING PERMITS?

Yes, for any works requiring a compliance certificate or council sign-off, we manage the documentation and lodgement on our end, providing you with all necessary paperwork upon completion.

CAN WE RELOCATE FIXTURES ACROSS THE ROOM?

In most timber-floor homes, relocating pipes is straightforward. For concrete slabs, it requires saw-cutting and trenching, which adds time and cost. We assess feasibility during the initial site visit.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE BOOK YOU IN?

We recommend booking your rough-in phase at least 3-4 weeks in advance, especially during peak building seasons. Finish plumbing (fit-off) can be scheduled once your tiler provides a completion date.

DO YOU SUPPLY THE FIXTURES OR DO WE BUY THEM?
